Steps in the Repair Process

We'll discuss your vehicle's problems with you, and make sure that we understand your concern. Even if you already have parts and you just need an estimate for installation, this step is still critical because it is important for us to know why we're going to be replacing the parts you need put on. This allows us to verify that the repair solves your problem and concerns. At this point, we will set up an appointment with you to come out and diagnose or service your vehicle. Appointments generally are given a two hour window to compensate for outside factors that may effect the technicians ability to arrive at a specific time.

Tip: If your vehicle is in for a diagnostic, the information that you give us assists us to more quickly and accurately isolate your problem. If you are supplying parts to be installed and we did not diagnose the vehicle, keep in mind that we can not gaurantee that the repair will in fact fix your problem.

With every service, we also do a maintenance inspection on the vehicle to check fluids, brakes, tires, etc. For a diagnostif service, we will find the root cause of your problems. Typically diagnostics can be completed within an hour, and are charged accordingly. If after an initial look at the vehicle we determine that there will be more time required to diagnose, we will alert you before proceeding. Once we find the problem, we'll then create an estimate which will be emailed out to you. We will never proceed with any repairs until we get your approval. The price on an estimate will NEVER change without notifying you and getting a subsequent approval.

Multiple related problems can be remedied by fixing one item in most cases, especially in the case of electronic faults. We take pride in finding the exact cause of your problems and making sure that you understand what it is we will be replacing/repairing, and most importantly, why it is that we're replacing or repairing the items at fault.

We use only Original Equipment from the Manufacturer. Most parts can be acquired same-day or next-day. Once we verify parts availability, we will contact you to set up an appointment to come and do the repair. In some cases, parts are readily available. In these cases, if the technicians schedule permits, repairs can be completed on the same day. 

After acquiring the parts, and anything else required, we will come to the vehicle and service it at the location you specify.
